The ranch style building was modernized to become a transitional style home with a new front yard featuring a magnolia heritage tree. The center of the home was renovated to feature tall coffered wood ceilings that bring in natural daylight to the family room, kitchen and office den. Connected to the space is the dining room, butler’s pantry, office, bedrooms and bathrooms designed in the transitional aesthetic with stained wood millwork, natural white stone and accented shades of blue.
