Call center offices are commonly known as uniform, systematic and impersonal work environments where daily regimented tasks are performed. To inspire collaboration and serve as a means of wayfinding, we added vibrant colors and dynamic murals to the huddle, breakout, employee work areas and flexible work environments. Our use of color works to inspire energy and team work through color psychology and supergraphics.
