Our clients worked closely with us to turn their four-story single-family home into a contemporary delight filled with custom details featuring a natural material palette. The exterior was extended to create an enlarged foyer and garage, and upstairs patios were maximized to take full advantage of the expansive view of the City. The Caviar Black painted exterior hints at the simple yet bold architectural interiors, featuring Walnut flooring and paneling, dark natural stone and craft tile found throughout the home. The interior partitions have been reconfigured to provide an open kitchen, living and dining space with a custom wine wall to display the client’s extensive wine collection. The bedrooms and bathrooms in the floor levels above feature new wood flooring and wall panels, concealed doors, decorative stone paneling and decorative soffits for a simple, bespoke and refined interior aesthetic.
