Built on the desire to bring an authentic French-Vietnamese bistro to the Sunset neighborhood, Le Trio was formed. The design and layout of the service counters and barista bar can be seen through the shop’s large storefront windows to welcome customers and the community. As an homage to the culture of the cuisine, the space features handmade cement encaustic tiles, custom stained woodwork and suspended contemporary copper light fixtures.
